Burnaby Funeral Directors, Ocean View Funeral Home and Forest Lawn Funeral Home are most generous in their support of St. Michael’s Centre. They respond to our requests for seasonal plants and flowers for both our Worship Services and holiday decorations. As well, they have furnished us with countless grief and bereavement pamphlets and booklets to help support families facing this reality.

When the first therapeutic garden was created, Ocean View Funeral provided a backhoe excavator and driver to assist in the contouring of the site. It was a most generous and helpful assistance.

During the Christmas season, Ocean View Funeral Home and Forest Lawn Funeral Home donated three artificial Christmas trees, countless decorations and lights; as well as funding festive window painting scenes and the annual visit of the Charles Dickens Christmas Singers. In addition, they also send members of their staff who assist with the decorating and participate in the festivities with our residents and patients.
